Why the Orlando Area is the Perfect Place for an Investment Home

Orlando. Located in Lake Eola Park, Orla

The perfect weather, theme parks, tons of other attractions, and close proximity to beautiful beaches are only the beginning of the reasons why to invest in a home in this beautiful location. Here are some of the compelling reasons to live in "The City Beautiful" and "Theme Park Capital of the World," and believe us, there are more reasons than this.

Climate

Residents and vacationers agree that the best thing about Orlando is the weather. It's climate is conducive to outdoor activities year-round; you can truly be outside nearly 365 days of the year and enjoy the theme parks, attractions, resort amenities, pools, lakes, oceans, springs, and much more. The average high temperature is 73° during the winter months and 91°- 92° during the summer months. Rains in the hotter months are typically quick and cool things down for a bit.

Entertainment

Entertainment at your fingertips here in Orlando! Not only are Disney World®, SeaWorld® and Universal Studios® in the Orlando area, but so are some of the lesser known, but very fun attractions like Gatorland, Island H20 Live!, Legoland, ICON Park, and loads of excitement at the abundance of resorts in the area.  Beaches, national parks, and springs are at your fingertips too, and they provide days filled with adventure and wildlife.

Sports

Orlando is home to the Orlando Magic (NBA), Orlando City Soccer (men’s professional soccer), Orlando Pride (women’s professional soccer) and the Orlando Solar Bears (minor league hockey). Camping World Stadium is home to a number of college bowl games each year too.  There are also over 100 golf courses and lakes, many of which that are large enough for boating and water sports.

Cost of Living

The cost of living is below the national average, which means living here costs less than many other cities, which are just as popular, throughout the United States. The biggest bonus is that Florida is one of nine states that has no state income tax. That's a huge savings. City transport and more residential opportunities in areas that you can easily enjoy by foot (think: restaurants, bars, entertainment, and more right in your backyard) also make Orlando, "The City Beautiful," financially attractive.
